If that was happening on my device, I don't think that I'd even bother backing up with Smart Switch.. I'd probably just Factory Reset & Change ALL my Passwords & enable 2-Step Verification & Passkey security.
If you still have the same issue, visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.
