However, sad to hear that the video playback issues you’re encountering while using streaming apps definitely seem concerning, especially if they persist even after a factory reset. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
Check video playback setting: Go into the settings of your streaming apps and check for any resolution settings (like setting playback to 1080p or 4K).
Try lowering the resolution to see if the issue is specific to higher resolutions.
Disable or adjust picture modes: Sometimes, picture mode settings can interfere with video playback. Try changing the picture mode to Standard or disabling any enhancements like Game Mode or Dynamic Contrast when using apps via Tizen OS.
If specific apps are affected, try clearing their cache or reinstalling them. Go to Settings > Apps > Select the app > Clear cache or Reinstall.
