Hello. I purchased a KBEAR T1 DAC recently to use with my Samsung Galaxy S21. When plugging it in however, a constant static noise keeps playing. Is there a fix for this? I haven't found anything everywhere I looked.

Hi, we would like to inform you that it might be a KBEAR T1 DAC issue.
We recommend you to use the type C to 3.5mm adapter which is available on our website.

the posted reviews aren't favorable...

does the static noise happen with any wired headphone?

to rule out any hardware issue, if possible test the DAC on a different USB-C port of another samsung (phone or tablet)

The static noise happens with all wired headphones I've tested. I don't have access to any other phone with a USB-C port

for testing purposes only: connect to audio-in of any portable speaker.

I've connected it to my PC speakers and there doesn't seem to be any static. I'm looking to use them for in-ear monitors (which have worked fine with a generic DAC at the cost of audio quality) and not PC speakers.
