bluetooth issue

My phone is jot connecting with my airpods I doesn't how in my bluetooth.

As well it shows only mac address.

I wonder how can I fix this problem?

did you have your airpods hook up to something else ? are you putting them into sync mode?

Hey @Samsung_Hnep0rv, please try a simple reboot and check if it shows in the Bluetooth list.

Also, try to connect to other devices and check if it is pairing or not.
