Carriers don't release Any OTAs in Canada, they all come directly from Samsung's Servers.

Yes, that is correct.. No Canadian Carriers release ANY of the OTAs in Canada, they all come directly from Samsung's Servers.. the only exception are the Play System Updates, which come directly from Google's Servers.
