So I'm positive that someone is hacking into my phone and took over most all my apps, now controlling my phone, TV, switch, plug ins and more. Should i take it to the police or my virgin account? It's taking over important things in my life.

But if he does that he will lose everything correct? Like more than just the hacker... is there another way to just get rid if the hacker? I believe I'm being hacked big time.. my screen is moving by itself. My typing is typing wrong letters and lagging. My phone runs really hot at certain times. And my phone can't keep a charge some days. But other days it's fine... also I keep having to check permissions of my apps and update like 50 apps constantly.. and my screen keeps going to the lock page while I'm in the middle of something and it's so hard to unlock it
