Has anyone else had their Samsung major appliances breakdown?

Being avid Samsung loyalist for many years, we (my husband and I) decided to give their home appliances a try. After much success with our washer and dryer, we decided to start updating appliances in the kitchen. We bought a dishwasher, an oven, and an over-the-range microwave. All 3 appliances were purchased at the same time from Lowes.

The dishwasher went first. It stopped cycling and eventually stopped turning on all together.

Next was the microwave. One of the first red flags that we had bought a sub-par appliance, was when I cleaned the outside of the door and the "A" in "SAMSUNG" disappeared. We started smelling a burning smell whenever we used it. We unplugged it, to be on the safe side, and haven't had a chance to replace it yet. The inside of the door had started to melt at the bottom. (Picture attached)

Last, but certainly not least, is the oven. We bought an electric oven with a glass stovetop, and, for the longest time, we were pleased with its performance. It has recently started having that burnt electrical smell occasionally, and while cooking breakfast this morning, it began to smoke. We quickly turned it off, pulled it away from the wall, and unplugged it. Once we made sure there was no actual fire and the stove cooled down, we started to investigate the burning smell. (Pictures attached)

Needless to say, we have lost all faith in Samsung appliances. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I'm honestly glad we found out about the quality of these appliances before we bought the Samsung refrigerator.

We (my wife and I) using samsung big screen TVs(4-5 years), Wash machine( frontrunner)and dryer ( about 7/8 yrs), Microwave (3 yrs) and Range (with WiFi and glasses surface , about 2yrs) , so far so good, nothing are broken yet. The only maintenance that we do is to keep those items (interior/exterior)clean all the time whenever after being used. They all still look like new.

We had a Samsung washer that was about 13 years old and the web that hold the drum corroded and broke..
By the time I bought all the parts to fix it I was half way to the price of a new machine. I attach a picture of the broken part that's common with all front load machines. We now only use quality soap and leave the door open to allow the machine to dry out when we're not using it. 20231129_105319_1000041365_1701284000.jpg
