hi, no mater how I dry the close, the dryer says cooling and is stuck at 1 minute. Doesn't seem to cool down. I have to manually stop the dryer by pressing the power button. Even when I use timed dry option. Sometimes I'll get the HC error code. Dryer is clean, free from debrie, exhaust is not clogged, lint filter is clean. Air comes out outside very nice. Please help with solution. Thank you.
Welcome to the Samsung Members Canada community. If you see an hE or hC error code, it means the dryer's temperature is too high and it could be overheating. This error code can be caused by a restricted vent system or abnormal thermistor resistance.
Trying to clean the vent to see if this fixes the problem. Power off the dryer for 2 to 3 minutes, and then power it back on. Next, try restarting the cycle.
