OtherI wish I had known how bad of an experience ordering from Samsung was going to be. I definitely will never recommend anyone to buy directly from the website that’s for sure because this is literally the worst experience I have ever had buying some online or buying such an expensive product.

I thought that by now, in November, they'd have that sorted. I and many others had this experience back in February/March. We pre-ordered and maaaaaaaaaan was it a rotten experience. Missed dates for delivery, lack of communication. I oredered mine February 13th and it didn't arrive until March 28th. No updates from Samsung, NOTHING! I absolutely love my phones performance and all that, hate the colour (the red is NOT as advertised) and I hated the purchase experience.
