2-Step Verification not working

After calling Samsung, this has been a technical glitch for the past week. To get a code, one must call Samsung Accounts at 877-618-3524.

Hi Eschia, Please give us more information on the issue. What is the model number of your Samsung device? Are you having the issue with the reception of SMS code to your mobile number?

Samsung Note 9, Samsung Tablet S6 Lite. No text code, no email code to verify. Once I got the codes (2 in the same msg) & they wouldn't work.

Hi Eschia, If you are not receiving a code via text message verification, make sure that you have a strong wifi connection and the number is not blocked on your mobile device.
If you are still not receiving the code, please check both the OS version and Samsung Account client version before contacting Support: Visit https://account.samsung.com > Select 'Contact us'.
