Anyone know a fix to the crappy file size you can send over mms as I just got off the phone with Samsung and they said its only 294 kbps but I've sent a 12MB video or text and it worked but I can't send a 0.8MB voice recording over text like WTF

Below are the steps to wipe the cache partition of the Note 20 series. -
First, Turn off the device. -
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key. - When the Samsung logo displays, release both the keys. - An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
- Then, press the Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Power key to select.
- When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device
