Ok, so I just got this TV so far I love the picture it outputs etc. But I Recently started noticing when I'm playing games or anything on an external device, such as my PlayStation or whatever. I get this occasional, audio stutter, it lasts about half a second to a second. It happens quite often when there's a lot of sound at once. It just cuts off for a slight second. It's not a huge problem but I hooked up my surround sound just to not use the tv speakers and hear it. It's driving me insane lol, any ideas? I've tried different hdmi cords and messing with the settings.

I'm having the same problem, same kind of TV. Only difference--half the time when this stutter happens, the sound cuts out completely, and I have to either switch inputs and back again or else turn the TV off and then on again to get it back. It's supremely frustrating. I've posted about this twice--help please!

i have this same issue ever since they came out to replace the motherboard in my TV.  Originally the TV was sluggish pulling up the menus and had terrible ping.  this was a problem when new.  They replaced the board and now i have this issue.  Did you ever figure this out?

Having the same issue when watching uhd on netflix. Audio seems to get backed up then released all at once. Let me know if there is a fix

Having the same issue watching movies on PS4. I don't have an external sound system and shouldn't have to buy one to fix the issue. This is a brand-new tv. Did anyone get an answer abouthow to fix problem?

Same issue here.. sounds cuts off for half a second every 20-30 mins or so. Happens with all different inputs/apps. 
The audio stutter still happens even when a soundbar is connected

Have the 43 inch NU6900. Even got the latest firmware update from 8/03/2020 and it’s still horrible when trying to use any external input device. I’m using my Xbox One X but have also used Blu-ray DVD players, other models of Xbox One, PS4 Pro, and a Nintendo Switch and the issue persists on top of trying to change cords and inputs.

I’m having similar problem, Tv randomly cuts out. I’ve tried setting up sound bar with other tv and it works fine. It was always working fine on Samsung tv up until some months ago. I finely got to work again by reseting tv under self diagnostics and it actually lasted a coupe of days. To Samsung, please send a fix update. It seems  my autoupdate is off and my manual update works. Its a relatively new tv and I would really like to continue enjoying it. Thank you.
