Othershello, I have a Samsung 50” Frame TV connected to a Bose 900 soundbar. All of our watching/streaming is through an Apple TV. We have a optical wire from the Samsung box to the Bose. The soundbar will work but will randomly disconnect and sound will stop. The events that trigger the issue are for example; when we are watching a series and the next episode is about to begin (automatically) the sound will switch off. We then have to revert back to the menu and try watching again, sometimes 4-5 times then bam all of a sudden our sound is back. This is very frustrating sometimes! Has anyone else felt with this issue? Thank you!

OthersHi, we suggest you to check and update firmware versions for all the three products.
Use a different optical cable- if the issue persists try HDMI-ARC connection.
Also, reset your TV, reset Sound bar.
If nothing works, please contact BOSE customer service.

OthersThank you for the response. I have tried all of the above with calling Bose as my last resort. They assured me that the soundbar is working as intended and the tv itself is the issue
