camera sett

After yesterday's updated the camera sett doesn't open. anybody have same problem? I have good storage. And also noticed (R16NW) bug. Any idea n help ?

try clearing your system cache,a quick Google search will show you the process. if you still have problems after, report back

Thanks, i was able to do that but problem still there. Can't open camera sett.

Hello @Choying,
Try clearing the system cache as carr0498 suggested. Turn off your phone, and then simultaneously press the volume up, home, and power buttons. Once the android logo shows you can release the buttons. Use the volume buttons to navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press the power button to select it.

thanks Jenna. I did try that whole process and was able to do that but problem still remain. I cannot open Camera sett.

try running a diagnostic test on the samsung members app..if that passes, then I would suggest you do a backup with smart switch and do a factory reset of your device. then use smart switch to restore your data/settings...it will take some time to do, so make sure you have an hour or two, depending on how much stuff you have on your device
