Communication with Paybright

  Has anyone had any luck with being able to contact them and ever get a response?  I have wrote a few emails but no response.  I was able to call them once and was told someone will contact me about why my order was canceled. A Samsung employee called on my behalf and was told someone would call me back.. it's been about 3/4 weeks since my first email. Still have yet to hear anything back from them.

Very frustrating when you a place an order, you have been approved and can see on their website that my order is a go but as per Samsung, Paybright canceled my order and no one can tell me why..

I know I am not the first person to have issues with their orders being canceled but to have zero communication back is terrible customer service. 

If anyone has any advice, please let know.

Americans brought out paybright not long ago. so I can imagine that it's a mess at the moment. I really wish Canadian companies would stop doing this.

I've spoken with Samsung a few times and it's the same answer which is to contact Paybright.

well it has been a month and have yet to receive any form of a response from them... just tried to call and not even 4 minutes of being on hold, they hung up because of the wait time... this is ridiculous
