I own two LED tv's, one dishwasher, one clothes washer, one clothes drier, one over, one dishwasher, two cell phones and two tablets...all Samsung. Love the look and style and customer service was outstanding in the past.
Things Have Changed At SAMSUNG!
The freezer door handle broke off, I was able to glue it once but now the plastic is completely broken and I needs parts (DA67-02483A and 83B). these parts are no longer in production and there are none left in the world. This tells me there is a major issue with these handles breaking and now Samsung does not want to make the parts to repair it.
My Parents have a white version of my stainless fridge and theirs broke off over the holidays. These are 2010 and 2011 models.
Samsung Executive Representative Maria #5441669 did not offer anything like a discounted newer model or a repair kit she simply told me my refrigerator is too old and must be replaced.
I do not purchase appliance's to be replaced every ten years...who does?
I am a refrigeration mechanic by trade and I can tell you the compressor manufacturer will warranty the compressor for five years and offer a replacement models for years to follow but Samsung will force you in to purchasing a new unit.
I have posted this review on other sites and will continue to do so until Samsung comes good on these parts. Not everyone can afford a new fridge every ten years!
