Has anybody else been able to get the gear 360 camera (sm-r210 model) to work with the gear 360 mac software? I enter the serial number and it says it is incorrect. I have contacted Samsung Customer support. (Possibly the worst customer support experience I have had with any company) At least 5 painfully useless chats (Dropped chats, an uncountable number of automated "We'll be right with you" messages.) as well as 4-5 phone calls that either led to being put on hold only to have the line go dead or have been completely useless. I have the right serial number. That has been confirmed. Has anybody been able to get the Mac software to work? And please don't respond with your opinion about macs.
