Email help

Not receiving any emails . Had a few friends try it out . Is there a way to reset the who app . Or anyone have a solution to my problem. Messing me up with my work

Go to Settings > Apps & Search for the email app > Click on it & Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app > Reboot.

You'll need to enter your passwords & set Notification Settings if you use them.

Hi, you can try to perform Clear cache and Clear data for the email app by following the above steps and check if your'e able to receive emails.

Clear cache probably won't work.
