I purchased a dishwasher in September now and have had issues since the start. Almost everything that is put into the dishwasher comes out dirtier than before. I have been contacting samsung support for months with not one person caring or even trying to help me. The "tech" they sent out fixed something the first visit that did nothing, then he was sent again and literally looked at the front of it and said nothing was wrong, left five minutes later. I just want a replacement appliance since my attempts to call and call again went on so long the return policy was expired. All I am getting is "unfortunately nothing can be done as it is working properly". So it is normal for a dishwasher to dirty dishes worse than they ever were? I have 20 pictures to prove this and am desperate for help, I am going to escalate it legally and to the media if this isn't addressed. It is unacceptable to spend 1000 dollars on what should be a reliable and reputable product only to have your face spit in when it doesn't work properly. I am more than extremely disappointed and aggravated. You get better service and care from a dollar store. This expensive appliance is now sitting in my house as I hand wash everything.
This is how my dishes exit the brand new "high end" dishwasher every time. No one is doing a single thing about it.
