Frame TV switches to art mode while watching it

Our frame TV is new, we just got it about 2 months ago.  We will be watching it: youtube, netfix, apple tv and it will randomly just go into art mode.  It doesn't seem to be due to inactivity - sometimes its 30 seconds after we start a video.

Also, when we restart the video often the color is wayyy off and very red. 

I chatted with Samsung help and they had me reset the tv to factory settings.  It did not help. It's still doing it. 

Any suggestions?
