Gallery app won't rotate S23 + Android 13 / OneUi 5.1

Hello,

An I the only one not able to rotate the Samsung galery app on Galaxy S23+ Android 13, One UI 5.1???

It's been weeks since this problem first occurred. I tried to clear app data and cache... Not working... Any tips? Please do not tell me to factory reset....

Hi, have you tried to restart the device and check?

This issue often be fixed by restarting your device. Turn your device off, then turn it on again and check to see if your issue has been resolved.

Is it only happened in Gallery app? Can you do lanscape mode on home screen?

Check if you have "Portrait" icon from quick menu? After clicking the Portrait icon, it will turn to Auto-rotate.

Thanks for the answers. The issue is happening when the phone rotation is set to unlock (auto rotate). That's the first thing is checked... Reebooting did not fixed it...
