Hi Everyone,

Learn from my mistake, do not ever do business with this company ever again.

I sent in a perfect condition zfold4 to trade-in for the S25+ and they adjusted my trade-in to $0 claiming my phone was damaged.

I have photos of my phone in perfect condition before sending it off, but it doesn't mean anything to them. You are at their mercy and have no way of protecting yourself from being scammed. They have criminals handling the trade-in devices, just search online and you will discover many similar stories to what i have just experienced. They will swap your phone out or say you sent them an empty box whatever they feel like.

They are probably going out of business soon if they are resorting to stealing such small change from their own customers. They definitely don't want my business anymore

fool me once, shame on me

Sorry you've gone through this!

Contact police and better business bureaus and state your case with receipt and anything directly related to the transaction!

Implore everyone immediately to do the regardless of how long ago this occurred to you! Post your results online via social media and link them here to yours and others' stories and issues so that one anothercancollaborate and then form aclassacrion lawsuit!!

Reg a rding trade-ins, this is the direct result of a third-party that many Canadian Telcom use as well, and it's time every business STOPSusing them!!!

Faced a similar issue with Samsung Canada, as shown in my post history on this very platform last summer, and im still uriius!

Why post just an anecdotal message vs your steps that could help others avoid what our host has experienced? SMH
