Is there any way to fix a kinda pushed in power button? I'll be on ny phone watching videos and it'll randomly shut off, but the music/ audio still plays. I've narrowed it down to the power button as it's pushed down significantly more compared to the sound buttons. I'm not sure why it'll still play audio though. It might be my phone case shutting it off but it doesn't explain the random black screen lol. I've restarted my phone many times and it usually only happens when my phone is plugged in as well. I've ran many tests and everything checks out. Was wondering if I could get any advice. I have a galaxy s20 FE

I would recommend taking your phone to a certified Samsung Electronics repair shop, ask them to do a diagnostic test and get a quote as to how much it might be to fix the button. If the phone is still under warranty then you shouldn't have to worry about anything.

OthersHi marsh548, we appreciate your effort and sorry to hear that your issue hasn't been resolved after running multiple tests. As this might be an issue with your S20 FE's power button or other related hardware rather than software, as Jayman1973 suggests, please check your device with an authorized Samsung technician.
