A few things to try:

  • Reboot .
  • Reset Network Settings .
  • Remove & Reinsert the SIM .
  • Contact your Carrier .
  • Factory Reset .
  • Visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech .

One of those should fix the issue for you .

Here are the instructions for Wiping Cache &Factory Reset:

But you should try Resetting the Network Settings first .

Go to Settings &Search for "Reset". You want the one that Resets your Network Settings .

Wipe Cache

1) Turn off the device.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.

3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.

4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".

5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.

6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

Factory Reset

⚠️⚠️ BEFORE you Factory Reset, Disable 2-Step Verification ⚠️⚠️

If you forget, it's not the end of the world, you can normally use your device's phone number to verify your identity via text.

Repeat the above steps, but instead of Scrolling down to Wipe Cache, Scroll down to Wipe Data Factory Reset

After a Factory Reset, your device will be as it was when you first received it.

You will need to start at the Welcome Screen.

⚠️You will need to know your Passwords
