- Reboot .
- Reset Network Settings .
- Remove & Reinsert the SIM .
- Contact your Carrier .
- Factory Reset .
- Visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech .
One of those should fix the issue for you .

OthersHere are the instructions for Wiping Cache &Factory Reset:
But you should try Resetting the Network Settings first .
Go to Settings &Search for "Reset". You want the one that Resets your Network Settings .
