Happy Friday! I hope you are all enjoying the beautiful fall season. As we are slowly approaching the flu season, let’s not forget to stay healthy and stay safe!

Speaking of health, how do you use your Galaxy devices to stay on top of your health? For a better sleep as an example, I turn on ‘Sleep’ mode in ‘Modes and Routines’ on my Galaxy smartphone to keep notifications and other distractions at bay and use my Galaxy Watch5 to track my sleep health. Then, I always play a playlist of pink noises on my bluetooth speaker to help me sleep faster.
