OthersCan you post a screen shot of where you see the QR Scanner on your device, if you see it somewhere other than in Samsung Internet?
You could also try opening the Camera app on your A20, point it at a QR code & see if it can read it as a QR code. I believe that your device has, or at least had this capability.

OthersUnfortunately the QR Code Scanner as seen in the screen shot, can't be added to the Pull Down / QS Tiles.
I know that there are some 3rd party apps, that can be added to the QS Tiles, but I'm not sure if there's QR Code so that can be?
Just for your reference, the screen shot shows what are referred to as QS (Quick Settings) Tiles.

OthersYou could download an app called "Shortcutter" from the Play Store & a QR code scanner.
You could then add the QR Code Scanner that you downloaded to the Shortcutter app, then you would have the QR Code Scanner in your QS Tiles.
It's not as elegant as if it were built in, but it should work.

OthersYes, that's why I suggested that you could download the Shortcutter app & a QR code scanner app from the Play Store.
I tried it on my S20 Ultra & it worked for me.
