How long does it usually take to get an order confirmation email?

It’s been two days now, this is just surprising to me. Is this really normal? I can’t check the status of my order in any way and it makes me uncomfortable, I feel like they should make it more obvious when making a purchase that you won’t hear anything about the order for days at a time. Idk it makes me feel like it didn’t work the longer I have to wait the less hopeful or excited about the situation I become. It’s just disappointing and frustrating that something that should be a pleasant experience is turning into such a headache.

Oh no that’s ridiculous 🙃 oh well I just hope it works out in the end at this point and probably won’t buy directly from Samsung next time 😅 lesson learned

Samsung thinks that Canadians are used to poor service... Please Apple, give me an iPhone with functionalities like S22Ulra and I'm coming back. 🙄

Yeah no one should have such bad service especially not for thousand dollar devices. I’m trying not to stress out because so manny people are saying Samsung just really  SU c Ks at this but it’s still incredibly stressful and frustrating

I can just imagine in my head being told for the hundredth time to wait and the email will come / by the end of the day / at the soonest possible time/ in the next 24-48 / and I can assure myself that everything is fine and all that because yea I have spoken to multiple customer service reps each day since I tried to make the order and none of them have been any help with getting the email sent -.-

Not normal.. might want to cancel. They say it's 48 hrs max but ...I had to cancel mine in a similar situation because apparently on their system they did not get the card CVC! I have been using that same card for 10 years!
