How do you remove book marks

On the Voice recording where you want to remove the Bookmark, Click on Edit and you'll see a screen with the Bookmarks Click on "List" Next screen you will see the Bookmarks with a "-" sign to the left, click on the minus sign and the bookmark will be deleted.

I have recorded several audio files with my Galaxy Note 10+ during an interview. I have listened to a few of those files on my phone and just discovered the Bookmarks function. Is there any way to access those bookmarks on an audio editor app on my MAC device? I read Audacity can do that but how to access the Bookmark file in the voice recorder?
