Issue downloading Microsoft app on work profile

Hello everyone,

I created a work profile and tried to download Microsoft app (outlook, teams, office) however I was able to download and run outlook but teams and office are not available on the playstore. 

I reached out to my IT department and they told me that teams and office are available for download and even my colleague were able to run those app on other android smartphone but for me I only have 2 app available and one of them is company portal.

I have a Samsung Zfold5 5 with the last update. Please see the screenshot attached

Microsoft Teams and Office are available on the Playstore. I downloaded and installed to my Galaxy Z Flip 4 Office 365 from the Playstore. I would recommend talking to your IT department again about the company portal.

Did you install them with work profile? Because it work well on my personal

I did not use work profile. Just downloaded and installed separately
