OthersEvery year, when there's an Android / One UI version update, we are left scrambling for information about the upcoming Updates.
We know that the Canadian Carriers get the Update Schedule from Samsung Canada, and mostly the OS Update Schedules are correct.
Samsung Members Canada has a "Notice", which is supposed to be used to provide important information to Canadians.. but OS Update information has never been included, until after the fact, and even then, not always, or even accurate.
If Samsung Members were to provide this information, it would go a long way to reduce the number of duplicate questions!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this thoughtful and constructive feedback. Providing One UI update schedules directly in the Samsung Members Notices section for Canada would greatly reduce confusion and improve the user experience.
We'll definitely share your suggestion with the relevant teams and are actively advocating for more transparent, timely updates moving forward.
While we can’t promise immediate change, but we can promise that this feedback is heard, and that it reflects what many of our Members have been asking for.
