Missing Wifi Sharing Feature

I am unable to find wifi sharing feature in hotspot->Configure->Advanced and its not there...can somebody tell me where to find it or any other way to turn on wifi and hotspot together at same time...

I have Samsung M14 5G phone....

You have to be using Cellular Data in order to share your Network connection. 

It's called WiFi "Hot Spot".

If you don't see it in your QS Tiles (Notification Pull Down Panel), then you can access it from Settings > Connections.

If you don't have it in your QS Tiles, you can add it by using adb commands.
