My best app would be the Samsung Health app! I absolutely love it because it can track my steps, automatically detect my activity,track my heart rate and even more! Since downloading this app is have been more on-top of my daily exercise (built in notifications) and I have been tracking my calorie intake,as well as my water in-take. I have felt healthier since being more aware of my diet!
