When I access the new shared manager from a certain app, I have the options of personal and work profile, photos (which shows all the phones on my phone in one list and album (which only shows favourites, screenshots, downloads, and camera album, but the albums don't contain all the photos that should be in there. Then the three dots (more options) have to browse and cloud media app option, but when I click browse, nothing happens. Why is that? With the old share manager menu, browse brought up all the media folders on the phone, allowing you to choose the folder that you need.

Is there a way to fix the browse issue?

These is all the options I get.

Hi Redonis_,

We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with the "Browse" option not responding in the new Share Manager is related to updated Android storage access policies and app permission changes. Please follow the steps below to resolve it:

Grant ‘All Files Access’ Permission. Go to Settings > Apps. Tap the three-dot menu and select Special access. Tap Manage all files access. Locate and enable access for apps such as My Files, Media Storage, and the specific app you're sharing from.

Clear Cache and Data for Share Manager. Open Settings > Apps. Tap Show system apps (if needed), then find Samsung Share Manager or the relevant sharing service. Tap Storage > Clear cache, then Clear data. Restart your device.

Use My Files to Access Full Media Library. Until the Share Manager is updated to support folder-level browsing again, we recommend manually selecting files via the My Files app:

Open My Files. Navigate to the folder containing your desired media. Tap and hold to select, then choose Share.

We appreciate your feedback as it helps us enhance your experience. A fix may be included in a future software update.

Thank you.

Most of the issues were resolved, so thank you for that. I guess I now just have to Samsung to issue the update to fix the browse problem. Any idea when that update is coming out?❤
