OthersHi Redonis_,
We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with the "Browse" option not responding in the new Share Manager is related to updated Android storage access policies and app permission changes. Please follow the steps below to resolve it:
Grant ‘All Files Access’ Permission. Go to Settings > Apps. Tap the three-dot menu and select Special access. Tap Manage all files access. Locate and enable access for apps such as My Files, Media Storage, and the specific app you're sharing from.
Clear Cache and Data for Share Manager. Open Settings > Apps. Tap Show system apps (if needed), then find Samsung Share Manager or the relevant sharing service. Tap Storage > Clear cache, then Clear data. Restart your device.
Use My Files to Access Full Media Library. Until the Share Manager is updated to support folder-level browsing again, we recommend manually selecting files via the My Files app:
Open My Files. Navigate to the folder containing your desired media. Tap and hold to select, then choose Share.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us enhance your experience. A fix may be included in a future software update.
Thank you.
