My Offers Page not loading/Can't claim free Buds

July 15th update:

I now have access to the My Offers page. Registered my product on July 5th but the website says the purchase date is July 15, 2021... submitted my claim with my case ID hoping the claim will be approved.

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to access the 'my Offers' page? It just continuously loads the page without loading anything besides the websites heading.

I have tried different browsers, cleared my cache, tried loading from my PC as well as my phone.

Hi, I did register it correctly. I have two support tickets that I am awaiting a response on. So here's hoping everything starts to work soon.

I purchased my S21+ which had a offer on the free buds through Telus. So that's why I am trying to get access to the page.

After reading other samsung users posts regarding the buds, it looks like there are a lot of unhappy people not receiving them. So fingers crossed these issues gets fixed for everyone....

Tried we care, they say that the offer is no longer valid. This is extremely frustrating and I'm honestly considering returning the phone because Samsung doesn't seem to be very loyal and refuses to actually provide any help in claiming the buds.

Hi, The phone should be purchased in the promotion period which is from June 8 - June 21. You can Register your product opt-in period is from June 8 to July 5. While the code redemption Period is from June 8 to July 19.
