Good afternoon all , I ordered a fold 4 on Aug 12th with the pre order and I paid vs paybright.. I didn't write down my order confirmation ... So fast forward today I have no received an email from Samsung with my order and my order is not showing up on the SPC portal of Samsung's page or the normal Samsung page... I did however get an email from paybright confirming my loan amount... Anyone else in this boat ? Its like I never ordered it at all...

Payment issue? Then why is my paybright agreement still intact and that I am due for payment soon? Now I have to contact THEM to ask why SAMSUNG canceled my order while they kept my agreement? How does that make any sense?!
Also, you guys cancel a customer's order. Does the thought of advising the client ever come to mind? Why did I have to search and I find about this on my own?!

Yeah I already checked with them. SAMSUNG just canceled the order without contacting me OR paybright. I called paybright and they were surprised the order was canceled and they weren't even aware of it. The order was still being verified on their end but you guys went and canceled it already...
I had to put in a request with them to get it canceled and now I have to wait for the cancelation confirmation from them.
It appears that I'm in the same boat as not realizing my order confirmation immediately after purchasing was the only confirmation I got. No email other than my paybright loan.
Is there any way you could help me retrieve my order number
