OthersHi JV11,
Sorry to hear about the trouble since the recent update. If notifications are no longer showing on your lock screen after updating to One UI 7, it’s likely due to a change in notification or lock screen settings. Here are a few steps you can take to restore them:
Check Lock Screen Notification Settings: Go to Settings > Lock screen. Tap Notifications. Make sure it’s turned ON. Choose Details or Icons only, depending on your preference. Enable Show content if you want to see message previews.
Check Individual App Notification Settings: Go to Settings > Notifications. Tap App notifications. Make sure the apps you want notifications from are enabled. Tap on a specific app > check that Lock screen notifications are allowed.
Restart Your Device. After changing the settings, a quick restart can help apply them properly.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please let us know your device model and any specific apps affected — we’ll be glad to help further.

OthersHi JV11,
Thanks for confirming that you've already followed the recommended steps — and sorry to hear the issue persists even after restarting the device multiple times.
If no notifications from any apps (including system apps like Weather) are not showing on your lock screen, even after enabling all the relevant settings, we suggest the following additional steps.
Check Do Not Disturb. Go to: Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb. Make sure DND is turned off and no schedule is active.. Lock Screen Notifications Permission
Go to:,Settings > Security and Privacy > Privacy > Notification access. Ensure apps like Samsung One UI Home, Messages, and Weather have access.
Reset Notification Preferences. Go to: Settings > Apps > Tap 3-dot menu (top right) > Reset app preferences. (This will not delete any data, but it resets notification and permission defaults.)
Let us know how it goes!

OthersHi JV11,
Thank you for the update. We are glad to hear that resetting app preferences helped restore some of your notifications!
Yes, it can take a bit of time to go through each app and reconfigure the notification settings, but it’s great that you’re already seeing some progress. Hopefully, everything starts working smoothly again as you continue testing.
If anything else comes up, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!
