payment in theme store error

I can't purchase a new theme in a Samsung theme store... It keeps giving me an error message... Tried 3 different cards still get the same message call my bank there's nothing wrong on my banking side what's going on

@KiKi75, There may just be a connection misfunction between the bank's servers and Samsung's main server. You could also try to turn the phone off, wait 5 to 10 seconds, turn the phone back on and try to make the purchase again.

Make sure your card is OK. Maybe it's a typo in your credit card details. Or your account is not OK, have overdue payments or some problem like that, as the error says your card issuer (aka your bank) said no to letting you buy that.

Thank u so much for the responses 😊 I have re booted my phone at least 4x now... Removed the card and had two other people imput the numbers for me and I've called my bank and it's nothing in their end... I have no outstanding... I'm at a loss... Any other suggestions 🙂
