Go to the contact you want deleted. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and select delete.

I'm not sure if you can. These "read only accounts" relate to other accounts you have set up (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.). These accounts are usually synced by default when you set them up and the respective contacts are displayed in your contacts. If you want that contact gone from all accounts you might be able to delete the contact directly from your other accounts and try re-syncing them again. I don't know if this will work or not tho.

might have to do this from your google account -> contacts on a pc

contacts.google.com
login and delete from there.

delete from contacts and sync your google account that works too.
