I need help! My storage is full. I have an SD card installed. How do I move videos and pictures to this card in order to free up space. I have an A13 phone which I have found it has certain limitations. Thank you.

4. Look for an option like "Move" or "Copy" in the menu. Choose "Move" if you want to move the files or "Copy" if you want to keep copies in both locations.
5. Once you've selected "Move" or "Copy," navigate to the SD card directory. It's often labeled as "SD card" or similar.
6. Choose the destination folder on the SD card and confirm the move or copy.
Hi, I usually check My Files (names of folders in your gallery) to see which ones are listed as on the internal storage. Then in the gallery I choose one of the internal folders. Select all of the photos and vids, giffs, etc. from the drop down window select 'move to a different folder. *Choose option to create a new folder. I use the same name followed by the letters SD &* just below that is the option to choose where you would like them to be stored. *Choose SD card & save. I hope that helps good luck.
