OthersHi, We request you to please follow the below steps :
1. Open the "Files" or "Gallery" app on your phone.
2. Navigate to the folder containing the videos and pictures you want to move.
3. Select the files you want to transfer. This is typically done by long-pressing on one file and then selecting others.
4. Look for an option like "Move" or "Copy" in the menu. Choose "Move" if you want to move the files or "Copy" if you want to keep copies in both locations.
5. Once you've selected "Move" or "Copy," navigate to the SD card directory. It's often labeled as "SD card" or similar.
6. Choose the destination folder on the SD card and confirm the move or copy.

OthersI usually check My Files (names of folders in your gallery) to see which ones are listed as on the internal storage. Then in the gallery I choose one of the internal folders. Select all of the photos and vids, giffs, etc. from the drop down window select 'move to a different folder. *Choose option to create a new folder. I use the same name followed by the letters SD &* just below that is the option to choose where you would like them to be stored. *Choose SD card & save.
I hope that helps good luck.
