Found out I have to wait until February 21, 2024 to receive my s24 ultra,  I'm so upset and out ragged. Probably won't ever pre order another samsung again 😕

That's bad to hear and waiting time.....seems like Samsung itself didn't expected such a high pre-order and success of s24u...Samsung has received way too many orders than expected and delaying....in my case I pre-ordered right after Samsung unpacked on 17th Jan at a Samsung store...and received my phone titanium grey on 25th...my friend pre-order the next day on 18th is still waiting and the latest he would receive in Feb...that's a weird scenario.....Samsung stocking is messed up this time...wish they learn from this mistake and correct it for future devices balancing supply vs demand....

They've been doing that since the beginning of time. It's not about customization. I see the same type of comments at every pre-order. Mine is coming in April, and it's the basic 24. What they don't know is that it gives the customer time to reevaluate his decision. If you bought it out of emotions 🤷 you'll just cancel at some point.

Got my Titanium Orange today. I placed the order the 17th. From initial delivery date is 6 days late. Not bad all things considered. Don't get me wrong. I was disappointed on the delay. I think samsung should under promises and over deliver to keep customers happy.
