It's amazing it's full Ai.
Try it out 15min I tried to get a support email address. 

I was testing it as answers seemed off. 

I did provide them with there own addesses. 

This community is censored. 
I posted a problem about file transfer (S24 Ultra) after the July update only to have it removed 

I did find out Samsung did shut down file transfer (unauthorized access flaw) for over 6 weeks

They don't even tell anybody I and others have spent hours and hours on support 

my phone almost ended up at the shop reset reboot everything else what a freaking hassle this company is I won't be buying another Flagship Samsung read that AI

Oh ya, the late August update in Canada resolved the issues

Starting to not want to own a product where answers are so far out of reach from the user. 

I imagine this too will be removed. 

At least a few people are going to read this before it gets removed thank you for your time

Too late for sorry. That's all I here sorry we f@#&* up. Not good enough. Sorry I took your 1400 dollars and provide bots for support. I hate this phone and Samsung now. You lost my business. I am selling this ***. Buying a pixel Jerks!

Turns out the email I provided ai chat support mobile.support@samsung.ca was incorrect. I just got a bounce back.

This is ironic cause I got the email address from WhatsApp ai meta

Why are you hiding your support email addresses from your users Samsung?

I tried using the form mail to be kicked to chat again.

I could phone in but it's not the point.

Users are frustrated with this Ai nonsense! What lack of human care. Should be CARE-

Before any AI is placed into production several months of internal testing from the view of a real customer should be tested without scripted inquiries. All support email and phone numbers need to be accurate and a DB allowing for it to be replaced rapidly when needed.

After just finishing a support live chat, I am confident it was ai.

The responses were not structured like a human and were very scripted.

For example I asked

"Is payment taken at point of despatch or point of order" 

The reply was

"Good question. And the payment and contract has been formed between the customer and Samsung once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, Jez."

A normal person would have just said something like "payment is taken once the order has despatched".

I also enquired why my order of in stock items is taking over a month to despatch the reply

"Thank you for patiently waiting, Jez I know that you are excited about your new Tab S10 Ultra. But, as per checking that your estimation delivery date is on 27th of November. As I would like to add that we are receiving high volumes of orders here at Samsung Shop. And we are doing our best to deliver this within the time frame. Once out for delivery, you will receive an update via email or SMS. Especially that this is already preparing for dispatch."
