Hi I got the promotion for the ZFlip 3 which is the buds and the wireless charger. I also ordered the Galaxy Watch 4 and they are both preparing for dispatch. I know it is delayed and I do not mind but I can't get hold of a rep or live chat person that can give me information about my order. Anyone know how long do you have to wait during all these delays?

Weirdly enough as soon as I post this, I got in the Live chat after 2 days. They said my order is packaged already but just awaiting pickup by FedEx. FedEx is just taking awhile to pick it up. Fingers crossed I get by next week.

I'm on Day 10 for Samsung4 Smartwatch. Still in Preparing Dispatch and told by Samsung 4 days ago it would be 2-3 days. The Smartwatch is in stock as I was told it was packaged and ready waiting for FedEx to pick up.
