I'm curious, can people see profile avatars, just curious about avatar rules, like what can be used?

What are the limits?

Yes, people can see profile avatars. 

Use good judgement when choosing your avatar. No nu*dity, racist, political, religious or generally offensive content.. in keeping with Samsung Members Community Guidelines.

Your avatar represents you in the community. Let’s all work together to keep this a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful space for everyone.

Your Samsung Account avatar is more private and generally used for internal purposes like syncing between devices or showing your icon in Samsung apps (e.g., Samsung Health or SmartThings).

It might appear in select apps where profile sharing is enabled.

But in most cases, it’s not widely visible to other users, unless it ties into a public community or social feature.

And yeah, was more curious about the Samsung Account one.
