I wanna quit my Samsung galaxy s22 and switch phones with someone who can have the device and I will quit Samsung phones because of their behavior and Samsung did this to all their phones Samsung needs to quit jobs and their business Samsung supports are all garbage and they don't even care about their customers at they Don give any information about themselves or software upgrades blame Samsung for their behavior I want everyone to go back to their ecosystems

You are free to choose the provider you want. My cousin yes yes my cousin (his father is my father's brother), works in Cupertino as a core vice-president. I could have free phones every year. however, I am happy with Samsung and Android

Wow so many posts about samsungs customer service samsungs tech support. Surley someone from sasmung reads and reports some of this issues to the highers up. I for one can contest to the poor service from samsung support they really need to improve.

Really nothing I get that. But they are terrible as far as service and support goes they really can learn a lot from Apple. But agree this post is not a good example lol 😆

Interesting, if not also a bit incoherent, little rant.

It's true that Samsung's support leaves much to be desired, but I don't think that your post is the way to go about getting anything improved. 

iPhone communities, are not full of sunshine & unicorns either. 

Having at least a basic understanding of how any device works, will go a long way to helping you get the most out of it, whether it's a phone, house, car or unicorn.

Agreed. I am new to samsung and android os bit I have taken the time to learn read and with your help reddograbbit 🙂 I get what I can do and can't do. Now i do come from Apple ecosystem. But I must say anytime I had an issue there tech support in my cases were spot on and of I had an issue with an online order or replacing something defective while under warranty I had again no issue. Now I haven't had any phone issues I did have an issue with an order and ill tell you it was the worst experience dealing with the samsung online team. 🙃 they really need to improve.
