Samsing experience stores should be in every major city

Hi, when i was in GTA, there were so many experience store, i used to preorder from store by calling them on unpacked event date and pickup from store. It was easy process even you can trade in your device in store and leave the device there, also for repair you can leave the device there and pickup by evening etc.

There are close to 5 experience store in GTA, bramlea city centre, sherway gardens, square one, yorkdale and Scarborough town centre.

And now when moved to calgary there is only one store in Edmonton, not even a single one in Calgary and edmonton is like a 4hrs away one side.

This is crazy, Calgary is huge city expect samsung to build one store here as well

Cities like Calgary, Winnipeg deserve one store atleast.

@Ja55ie, I 100 percent agree with you. I live in Calgary and it would be great if a store would open here. If that ever did happen, the best place would be in a shopping center such as South Center, Chinook or any Northeast Mall such as Sunridge or Marlborough. I hope it happens. 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Agreed every provinces capital city should have a Samsung Experience Store. With well trained & knowledgeable staff & staff support
