In case anyone at Samsung actually monitors these posts.... because it sems to be the only real way to submit feedback. I wanted to share my disappointment with their customer service over the phone when it comes to my financing plan. I have no need to pay interest on my cell phone. They offered me 24 months zero interest financing and after 9 months began to charge me interest because they decided to bill my premium care to my financing account. The invoices reflect a minimum payment due that I paid off every month. According to their representative, this invoice doesn't include the premium care payment when listing the payment amount due, and so because the threshold of paying the device off on time had been exceeded, they began to charge interest. Now I did find out earlier on that they were billing premium care to the account and that was in turn not effectively paying down my device's balance, but I figured I still had 24 months and could just pay the balance before that point. Why would I choose to pay interest when not necessary??!! This isn't made clear at all on their invoice. To top it off their representative, who was less than interested in my issue and aggrivation to this news, when asked how I could cancel my premium care service said that she could not cancel it, that she would have to connect me to another department. The agent that picked up after she connected me over was from Asurion, the insurance company who would handle claims. They cannot cancel service. She offered to connect me back with Samsung, of which I had already waited 20 minutes to speak with the first representative. I've now successfully typed all this in on my phone while waiting to speak with someone else. 18 more minutes and counting.... You'd think they would have a way to cancel electronically...

They're not good with tech support. Or any kind of support. Or at acting like you are a person.

I've had my share of hair-pulling issues with them.

They get back in a very timely manner, I do comprehend the lack of communication; understanding the problem @ hand and getting re- directed. FRUSTRATING when how many things could or should be doing instead of over explaining or what you both said! " Acting like a human", empathy the word is.
Training maybe a bit of an issue for them?Looking at it from there angle too.

Hope your Microwave gets fixed really 3 years, huh. okay. Maybe not a microwave or ???? FOR ME...
