My app suggests a day caloric intake of 2368 based on the info i provided and exercise. Does that mean that if i ingest that amount of calorie a day i will be losing weight, or will i just maintain my current weight by eating 2368 cal a day?

To lose weight should i manualy reduce my suggested cal intake to 2300 or 2250?

That is the suggested caloric intake to fuel your body with a healthy energy supply, to maintain  your muscle mass and/ or lose weight you would exercise to burn more calories than your body has ingested each day.

It's what you're recommended intake should be

Eating that much will maintain your current weight. To lose weight, maintain your current activity level and eat less than 2368 calories a day.

Be careful not to drop your calorie intake to drastically. I'd say you could most likely drop your daily calorie intake to 2200 without causing your metabolism to drop.

Hi, we would like to inform you that it is a suggestion based on the information you provided.

It could be less or more. It is designed to be used as a simple preventive/monitoring measure.

So if i burn on average 1000 cal a day through physical activities (which i do) do i need to reduce my cal intake from 2368 to lose weight?

You can either reduce your caloric intake slightly or increase exercise or a combination of both.

As i lose weight, doesn't the app adjust my caloric intake accordingly?

Ok i did not write this correctly. I mean if my suggested cal is 2368 and i burn 1000 cal a day on average does it mean that i have 1000 cal to play with food wise?

I have lost over 80 lbs so far using this app over 5 yrs of training and cal counting. I was 290 lbs i am now 210. When i first started the cal intake suggested did not include the cal bur through exercise. Now it seems impossible for me to get below 200 lbs, and since the change to the app was made it has been harder for me to stay at the 2200 cal mark.

I was recently told about THC Distillate, which is an extremely pure form of THC extract that is completely free of solvents but has a strong flavor and potency and I decided to order it here https://www.shrooms-online.org/product/thc-distillate-syringe/ . The lack of impurities also means that it produces a very clean smoke, making it ideal for users who don't like the harsher smoke of other extracts, and using Distillate has been shown to be a significant step up from smoking other forms of cannabis.
