OthersBe careful not to drop your calorie intake to drastically. I'd say you could most likely drop your daily calorie intake to 2200 without causing your metabolism to drop.

OthersI have lost over 80 lbs so far using this app over 5 yrs of training and cal counting. I was 290 lbs i am now 210. When i first started the cal intake suggested did not include the cal bur through exercise. Now it seems impossible for me to get below 200 lbs, and since the change to the app was made it has been harder for me to stay at the 2200 cal mark.
