Samsung HT- J4500 continuous booting issue

I have Samsung HT-J4500 and it has been caught up in continuous booting issue since last Thursday

I have been following Samsung UK and Ireland forum. People are approved for repairs.. what's in Canada?

Sorry for the delay. The service ticket number is 2231957191. The repair center said that they have a number of units with the same problem, so I'm not the only one waiting.
