I am big fan of samsumg music and since I actively use the app listen to my music, I was hoping if there is any possibility of creating a desktop so that we can sync music playlist, play music that are synced.

Unfortunately, the Samsung music app is not available to install it on a computer.
tienes mucha razón es lo único que le falta a Samsung, por ejemplo: a mi me gusta la tecnología y la única razón por que me gustan los iPhone es solo por el programa iTunes.
si Samsung tuviese un programa similar mejoraría en gran forma todos sus equipos.
