Using NX58H5600SS oven, and so dissapointed as knobs are breaking. I think charging $200+ for replacements knobs is not fair. I contacted customer service and explained that these knobs break too easily. I was told that my only option was to purchase the knobs again and were not aware of this being a bigger problem.
Found similar thread for US customers, but none for Canada. So starting this thread for Canada consumers. Any suggestion on our options?
I too have the problem of knobs breaking both my wife and I are retired, no kids at home. These knobs are of such a soft , cheap plastic that glue and bands can not keep them from breaking. replacements, which are $138 each, would be a waste of money, since they too would break. I am looking for knobs from other companies that will fit I would not buy another Samsung range
